Self taught artist who's interest in colour and natural patterns takes her to experiment with acrylic paint pouring techniques and other processes of mixed media creating mesmerising images.
The unexpected and playful behaviour of the paint and the interaction of the very carefully selected colours are enhanced by the way Lourdes selects and crops the images creating compositions that evoque natural patterns.
Lourdes woks and lives in Barcelona and shows her work mainly in London with Agora Contemporary. We've had the opportunity to display her work is several event in the UK:
